Dr. Majida holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Jordan, as well as Master's and Doctorate degrees in Nursing. With over 25 years of experience in implementing best nursing practices and leading change, she serves as the Head Nurse at the Hussein Cancer Center. Dr. Majida's outstanding leadership in nursing has been recognized with the Princess Mona Al Hussein Award for Best Nursing Leadership in Jordan (Rafidah Al Islamiah Medal), as well as certification in the Essentials of Magnet Program from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in the United States.
