She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Jordan and a Higher Diploma in Population Studies from the same university. She founded and chaired the White Family Association, as well as managed the Elderly Hospitality Home affiliated with the association. She is the director of the Senior Pioneers Forum, and has served on the High Health Council and the Capital Municipality Council. She is one of the founding members of the General Jordanian Women's Union and its first president. Additionally, she served as the Vice President of the General Arab Women's Union. She played a significant role in opening opportunities for married Jordanian women to exercise their right to work.
