Is the daughter of the well-known Jordanian politician Abdul Raouf Al-Rawabdeh, who served as the former Prime Minister of Jordan. Al-Rawabdeh earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Jordan in 1984. She has held numerous administrative positions and chaired the boards of several companies within the kingdom. Additionally, she has been a member of various committees and companies, establishing herself as an important political figure in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Most recently, she assumed the position of Minister of Labor in the government of Bishr Hani Al-Khasawneh in 2003.
