Rab’ah Mufleh Odetallah Al-Ajarmeh


Rab'ah Expertise extends over 33 years. She held various high-level positions, including Minister of State for Institutional Development and Director General of the Institute of Public Administration. She is the founder and Managing Director of EFADA Consulting.

 

 

Rab'ah is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering University of Jordan 1987, she acquired several professional certifications, including European Quality Manager, EFQM Lead Assessor, and Lead Auditor in ISO standards. Her expertise encompasses Quality Infrastructure systems, Institutional Development, and Organizational strengthening. 

 Raba has served as a senior advisor on numerous projects and led various initiatives on the national and regional levels.

Throughout her career spanning over two decades, Raba'h played a crucial role in driving and achieving excellence at the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization (JSMO) in Amman, Jordan. Her remarkable journey with JSMO, which began in December 1988 and lasted until February 2008, was marked by numerous milestones and contributions. She successfully implemented and managed the Jordanian International Product Conformity Certification Program (DAMAN), actively participated in international conferences and meetings, developed JSMO's internal management system to meet international requirements and best practices, and played a major role in securing JSMO's first place in the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in the Public Sector.

 

Following her tenure at JSMO, Raba'h has continued to make significant contributions in the field of institutional development, excellence, and governance. She has worked on various projects as a senior advisor and consultant, providing valuable insights and expertise to different organizations and government entities. Her experience has expanded to include strategic planning, project management, policy development, process reengineering, HR management, leadership, and capacity development. Raba'h has successfully led and managed several development initiatives, including the transformation strategy for the Jordan Institute of Public Administration (IPA), the establishment of the Leadership Center, and the development of the Framework for Modernization of Public Administration.  ​
