He holds the position of Chairman of the Board and Chairman of both the Audit and Risk Committees, as well as a member of the Credit Committee at Al-Ahli Iraqi Bank. Additionally, he is a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Capital Bank Jordan.
He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Amanat Holdings and as the Chief Financial Officer at Arab Bank.
He obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Denver in the United States in 1994, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in Legal Accounting in 1993, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan in 1992.
