He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Banking obtained in 2006. He joined the Jordan Islamic Bank in 1987 and has been with the bank ever since. With over 36 years of experience in Islamic banking, he has held various administrative positions at the Jordan Islamic Bank. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the bank. He is also a board member and member of the board of directors in several industrial, financial, educational, technological, and insurance companies in Jordan.
Dr. Hussein is also a board member of the Hajj Fund, a member of the Jordanian Endowments Board, and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ajloun National University.
