Dr. Shbeeb has assumed the position of Minister of Transportation. She has been an associate professor at Al-Hussein Technical University since 2018. Previously, she served as the Dean of the College of Engineering at Amman Ahliyya University from 2017 to 2018, and as the Director of the Irrigation Safety Excellence Center at the German Jordanian University from 2010 to 2012.
Academic Qualifications:
She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan in 1985, followed by a Master's degree in Transportation and Traffic Engineering from the same university in 1992. She then completed her studies and obtained her Ph.D. from Lund University in Sweden in 2000, specializing in Traffic Engineering and Planning
