Her Excellency Mrs. Hala Bseiso Lattouf


She has over 20 years of experience, during which she held several positions in the Jordanian government, most notably as a member of the twenty-seventh Senate / Chairperson of the Labor and Social Development Committee, and Minister of Social Development. She also served as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, and Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Sector Development. Additionally, she worked as the Director of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah's Office, and served with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as the Head of the Poverty and Gender Team, and as a Project Manager with the World Bank. She began her career in the banking sector at the Jordan Investment Bank and Arab Bank, and currently serves as a member of the Central Bank Board of Directors.

Ms. Latouf holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1990, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Applied Statistics from the University of Jordan in 1987.
