She held the position of Minister of Culture in 2013. She is one of the pioneers in Jordanian television and radio, known to everyone through the program "Yom Jadid" (New Day), which used to be broadcasted in the mornings on official workdays, in addition to hosting other programs. She also taught at some universities.
Educational Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Jordan in 2002.
- Master's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Jordan in 1996.
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Jordan in 1992.
