With over 40 years of experience, she began her career at the Jordanian Radio and Television Corporation, where she served for nearly a quarter of a century, holding various positions. She then moved to the Prime Ministry, where she established the Government Communication Department. Afterwards, she joined the Royal Hashemite Court as the Director of International Media and Communication for His Majesty King Abdullah II for five years, before returning to the corporation as its General Manager. She also worked as a consultant at the Jordan Media Institute and as the Director of the Media and Information Education project. Currently, she leads, by assignment from the National Center for Curriculum Development, a national team working on integrating media and information education concepts and competencies into school textbooks from kindergarten to grade 12.
