- Master's degree in Administrative Sciences from the University of Southern California in 1979.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences from the University of Jordan in 1975.
Positions held:
- Professor at the University of Jordan.
- Secretary-General of the Civil Service Bureau.
- Advisor to the Prime Minister in 1992.
- President of the Administrative Inspection Bureau from 1992 to 1994.

- The Hussein Medal for Distinguished Service, First Class.
