She is a Jordanian politician, lawyer, and legal advisor who served as Minister of State for Institutional Development. She holds a Master's degree in Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham, UK in 1997, a Master's degree in Company Law from the University of Jordan in 1993, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Jordan / Faculty of Private Law in 1986. She is the recipient of the Hussein Medal for Distinguished Contribution, Second Class, from King Abdullah II, and the "Kano" Medal for Excellence. She was the first CEO of the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence and served as a member of the Jordanian Senate and was chosen as an assistant to the President of the Senate.
