On February 1st, 2023, the Cabinet decided to appoint His Excellency Sami Kamel Dawood as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Post Company.
The Royal Decree appointing him as Minister of State for Prime Minister's Affairs was issued on May 9th, 2019.
He began his professional career at the Prime Ministry as a second-grade administrative employee in the Secretariat of the Cabinet until he was appointed Secretary-General of the Prime Ministry by Royal Decree on October 9th, 2018.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Jordan and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).
