He holds a Ph.D. in Commercial Law in 2002 from the University of Bristol, a Master's in Commercial Law in 1998 from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor's in Law in 1997 from the University of Jordan. Additionally, he obtained a Diploma in 2003 from the World Trade Organization and the Arab Monetary Fund in Qatar. He has held numerous positions at the University of Jordan and served on the boards of the Jordan Ahli Bank, the Jordan Electricity Distribution Company. He was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the King Abdullah II Fund for Development and Jadara University. He has authored many books and published research papers.
