CEO and co-founder of the Jordanian Business and Profession​al Women's Association, where she focuses on integrating gender equality to ensure increased economic participation of women in Jordan. She designs specialized and innovative programs for solutions and methods to enhance the perspective of inclusivity and equal opportunities, built on adjusting misconceptions and beliefs to ensure cultural and economic transformation.

On the other hand, she has a startup project in progress and works as a business consultant on financing strategies and designing development-focused projects. Believing in the importance of the entrepreneurial sector's impact on society, she is enthusiastic about showcasing it as a professional trainer/facilitator and international mentor for entrepreneurs. Additionally, she is an international judge, keynote speaker, and inspirational figure in the business, economic, and entrepreneurship sectors.

Miss Thana is a founding member and/or active participant in several local and international boards, committees, and bodies, as well as a judge for numerous international, regional, and local entrepreneurship, women, and economic development programs, projects, and competitions. Finally, she also has a number of youth initiatives across Jordan, Arab countries, and Europe.
