Thamer Rushaidat


​As President and CEO of The Morganti Group, Inc. a $250M+ international construction firm, Rushaidat directs an

organization of 100 people across operations that span Florida, Connecticut, New York, and New England, as well as
Jordan in the Middle East.unities exist.

He received the CETI (Celebrating Engineering & Technology Innovation) Award from Fiatech. Rashidat is a dedicated advocate of continuous learning and professional development, holding several accreditations including Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Green Associate, and Project Architect Professional Management (PAPM). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Jordan. Rashidat is also a board member of the Associated General Contractors of Connecticut (AGC/CT), the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce, and the Western Connecticut State University Foundation. He serves on the Dean's Executive Advisory Council at the Ancell School of Business, as well as the Construction Management Advisory Board at Central Connecticut State University
